Great link.  Many WLS folks forget about the sodium.  Its a KILLER.  Not many eateries left.  Guess its time to invite friends and family over for an old fashion sit down eat and chat, jus like the good old days

thanks that sodium is a killer.i found out to i started eating sushi and dip it in soy sauce.wrong for doing that.it will hold fluid likr crazy.no more soy sauce,
