Today is leg day, won't be able to walk for a couple of days  

Day 3 - Legs

Leg Extension 8x8
Individual Leg Curl
Lunge w/kickback
Leg Press
Calf Raise


So my friends, did you Move to Lose and or Maintain Today?  Come on you can do it

Kathy - I didn't get to post on Sunday - but did my 30 minutes on the treadmill and 10 arm exercises with weighted ball.  Yesterday was not a good day - felt bad all day with a cold and headache plus I had worked night shift at the hospital and we were soooo busy.  I basically slept all day and got up for drink and bathroom.  I think I had a cup of tomato soup and that was all I managed.  Today is better.  Although I am babysitting my grand daughter, I have managed to get in 2 short walks outside.  Will have to concentrate on the treadmill this evening for at least 30 minutes of non-stop exercise.

Now if the scale would just start moving again....

Hey Shelia,

I missed you    I have found if I am feeling bad it's better to rest and not try to workout...all it does is give you a bad workout and you infect others

Yes ma'am, I sure did move today.  I walked 3 miles with 2 lb hand weights.  I sloughed off yesterday but walked 4.5 miles on Sunday (not that I wanted to, but I got lost walking in a new neighborhood).

Hi Elaine,

That is a great cardio workout    I am glad you are adding some weights as we need that resistance for our bones
