I just ate too much! I hate that feeling! 'Never thought I would experience such a thing. Off to bed....

I know what you mean.  Pre-op, I ate the equivalent of a Thanksgiving Dinner at every danged meal and it never seemed like enough (trying to fill that bottomless hole).  It is SO strange to feel "stuffed" now.

Linda....good morning beautiful!!

I am finally falling back into my nitch. Feels good to be home!! I really do miss my grandchildren....don't get me wrong. I just love my own space.

D-steak w/mushrooms and onions (leftovers) and cauliflower w/cheese

Good morning Linda and all my OFF friends....

Linda I hope you're feeling okay. 

I'm just getting started this morning so I'm working on some yogurt.  I will also have some chicken shortly.  Snacks will be clementines and raw veggies (later).  Lunch is a salad with some little chunks of cheese.  Dinner is yet to be determined but probably fish and veggies.  I usually need some gram crackers for dessert too.  

I hope you all have a beautiful Tuesday.  It's going to be chilly, rainy and gloomy here in Milwaukee.  But that's okay.  As long as I have to be in the office I don't care.  We've been blessed lately with beautiful weekends.

Hi Folks,

I've driven up and back to see the grand kids in Oregon.  Was a beautiful drive and visit but I ate some wrong things and gained a couple of pounds.  Today there are donuts at work and I have already succumbed to one since I haven't planned the week yet.  I have my work cut out for me in many ways today but looking forward to getting back on schedule.

B coffee/donut
L banana/protein bar
s  handful of nuts
D birthday dinner out...I'll stick to meat & vegies

I am struggling somewhat to eat much of anything.  I felt so bad yesterday with headache and cold that I slept most of the day and night and only got up for water and the bathroom.  I did have a cup of tomato soup sometime or another yesterday.
Feel better today but am not able to eat more than a few bites - like 2-3 at a time and then feel stuck.

I had some chicken that my daughter had fixed in the crockpot - tasted good but had to give up after a few bites.
Half of a jr lunchable with turkey and cheese.

Water with crystal light is all that I really want.

Watching Princess Mattie today and would really like to sleep... LOL
