Are we all breathing???? Kewl! I am taking numbers and kicking butt,taking care of business....lotsa medical things.

Yesterday was a decent food day.

B- 2 pigs in a blanket
L - Chicken, baked beans
D - Chicken, baked beans
Snacks - cheese, yogurt, protein shake.

I'm feeling rough today.  Had a TOO BUSY weekend!!!!!

B. oatmeal and small apple with peanut butter

S. SF instant breakfast

L Chicken salad and apple with peanut butter

S. Sf instant breakfast

D.  going out--fish or chicken

S. SF instant breakfast.

Food has not been very good through all the busyness and I feel a little "hung over"

Need to get some water going and get some rest.

Jeane I hope today was more mellow.We need the quiteness that comes from our proper meals,the whole schimeal..ya know?
I am asking for the strength to do all that I must do and not let sadness in the door. I pledge to myself to stay focused.

I still feel like I am swimming up stream!

i went back to the Bariatric surgeon today for my 6 month checkup and got a small fill, bringing me up to 6.2CC.   I don't have another appointment until Sept. But he said i probably will need to come back in for some more fill before then.

On liquid diet for 2 days again.  O joy o rapture.

LOL! George,believe it or not,I can be pretty passive when it comes to business.
I am being quite aggressive and I am happy to say it has paid off.

It's Monday already?!  The weekend went by too fast.  Not only is it pleasant (most of the time) to have my husband at home on the weekends, but his presence makes dealing with all these dogs so much easier (for example, he helps scoop the poop).

B: soft-boiled eggs
S: iced skinny latte
L: eggplant parmesan
S: olive cheese spread on Ak Mak cracker
D: crab-spinach-artichoke bake
S: Creme Savers SF chocolate caramel hard candies

Good Morning Lovely Linda!!

Hope you have a wonderful day. We have to keep fighting through it all don't we!!

Yes...I am home once again. I slept and took pain meds all day yesterday. Got up to eat/ drink my protein. Drank plenty of water. Bathroom trips of course.Then back to bed!!!

I am still in considerable pain today but I will manage. I will get my job done and take a nap later!!

B-eggs w/ peppers, onion, cheese and bacon

L-refied beans w/cheese... cherry tomatoes

D-Steak w/ mushrooms and onion and a small salad

S-protein and fruit

Here I am yet another day! So for today food is going to be alright. I will be satisfied with just a couple of well thought out changes to what I am about to tell you. I must be lenient in life and I must bend if needed. If I am not going to have to bend I choose not to today..........smiles!

I spent the evening and night with my sister. I was suppose to go to the doctor with her this morning......she doesn't like her present one and is going back to her old on. Anyhow.......she called me and told me that she has a terrible pain in her stomach and it goes around into her back and she is in so much pain that she can't stand it. I take her to the hospital and after waiting and waiting and x-rays, blood tests and more waiting they announce that she has a kidney and bladder infection. So they give her scripts for pain and a antibiotic. So we have to go all the way into another city for a 24 hour drugstore. What a night!!!!!!

Food for today is.......
B: slim fast low carb mixed with milk
L: taco meat
D: some kind of meat and steamed veggies

I do need to go to the store and get some more seafood and stuff. I am not sure about the snack. If I have one it will be applesauce with splenda.

I am sending love and hugs to you along with prayers. Have a wonderful day and smile that pretty smile of yours so everyone can see it and make their day a special one.

B: omlette with feta cheese, chedder cheese, onions, ham, tomato, mushrooms
S: Twisted Protein bar
L: 1 pc. of WW bread, hot beef with gravy
S: crystal light
D: not sure yet, probably fish or hamburger patty, green beans
Oh yeah and inbetween everything water and more water.

Was hungry today, did spin class....yeah...it's the exercise!!
