Howdy!!! Happy Weekend!! I am taking off today,as I did yesterday,to try to get this old body straight again. I am not going to go into it,because I am tired of speaking of it.
B- High Fiber Cereal and 2 percent milk. L-Guac and Sliced Chicken breast,soy chips. D-Stirfried Cabbage and Talapia. S- Strawberry Shake.
  Chew slowly...

good morning

well im up for the third time, what a crazy nite.  at 3 am i finally took some pain meds had a snack, which is unusual for me.  i did not want to take meds on empty stomach though.

finally at 4:15 i went back to bed and got a few hours

having coffee now

bob is taking me for lunch to olive garden where i usually do soup and salad

prob cottage cheese for dinner

Linda...good morning my treasured friend!!

Day 10 with grandchildren....I am hanging in there but still in so much physical pain. Finally had to give into Vicodin last night. Need to take one today but can't until I am done taking Kyleigh to her appointment this morning. I don't want to drive taking that medication. It makes me too sleepy!!

Hope you are feeling better...I  pray for you many times a day!

B-Boost High Protein Shake
L-Salad with chicken, cheese and veggies
D-roast beef w/ carrots, potatoes and onions

S-always protein first...then fruit

You are the best!!!!

Sweet Boo,you are doing a great job. I am sorry you are in pain.I am so greatful for the times I do not feel pain. Sometimes I feel I can not take it anymore,then God gives me a reprieve.
I hope you get some rest,and blessings of peace.

Good morning to you, Sweet Linda. I hope that today is good for you. Take it easy and just let your body enjoy the day off too. That is important. In order for you to heal you have to have rest.

Today is the start of spring cleaning and believe me this place needs it. I hate doing it but Bill is going to help and so that is a good thing. I just couldn't do it by myself. I am way to unsteady and with this old hernia I can't do the lifting and pushing of the furniture either. Got to watch old Hazel Hernia don't ya know!

Well, I vow today to go and get my sugar free oatmeal. I ran out over a week ago and still haven't gotten it. I miss it and so I am going today to get it so I can have my same old same old breakfast again.

B: slim fast shake with added milk to thin it out
L: deli turkey breast and cheese with mustard
D: pork taco meat (made it homemade ~ I love that) and steamed veggies
S: probably nothing or maybe sf applesauce

Today it is going to be good ~ I have made my mind up to that.

Have a wonderful day and just rest........sometimes it might be hard but in the end you will be glad that you did. I am sending love and hugs to you along with plenty of prayers. I say small prayers all through the day all the time and you are included. As always. Stay happy and keep that beautiful smile on your gorgeous face!

Hello dear Brenda,you be careful with the cleaning. It seems I am always in the process of cleaning and it never gets finished.
It is ok,I ask God to not let me be discouraged,or sad,to give me the strength to do the things I must do.

1/2 cup fruit

S - South Beach protein bar

L - Salad
egg drop soup

S - 1 cup home made beef stew - ate the stew to fast to much - paying the price for it

D - shrimp

Went to gym for a couple hrs.  Place was packed did my routine and home to watch march madness
