Thursday,,,I can smell the weekend. My eating was ok today,I was gassy and could not eat all my food. I am having some great tea now,and then it is off to bed. I will have to catch up on my posts,I was impressed with Brenda's determination today!
B- High Fiber Cereal with some 2 percent milk. L-Smartone's fish meal,it is yummy. D-Pork chop with Dijon mustard. S-Tangelo
Let's all do our best today, but most of all, let's remember to love ourselves. I am going to help someone today,it makes me feel so good.Never am I stronger than when I am outside myself. Hope this makes sense!

Jean - I saw your Ak Mak crackers in the store yesterday so I thought I'd give them a try. Haven't had one yet though. Maybe later today. You haven't said much about your mom lately. How does she like the new facility?

Good morning to you dear one. I hope that today is not good for you but great for you. You deserve nothing less than that.

Food for today is what it is and nothing more. It is something that is going to nourish my body and not something that I am going to live for. I am going to eat to live today and not live to eat.

I have been having some problems with the hernia. I am seeing the day that it is going to be taken care of whether the insurance has come back in or not. It will be emergency if it needs to be. If I don't get the tummy tuck I will live. I might not like it but I will live without it. I am going to just take it easy on the food........just more bland stuff since I am having problems with anything because of gas and such. I know it is the hernia since the pain is where the doctor told me it would be. A lot of time it happens more when I eat........so that is why things are going to be more bland.

B: slim fast shake with milk to help thin it out (and it adds more protein too)
L: chicken soup
D: salmon and steamed veggies
S: nothing that I can think of

Have a great day and so am I. I have a meeting at the church this morning. I was suppose to go to lunch with the Pastor and secretary for Pastor's birthday which is Saturday. I told Jeri that I wasn't going because of how I have been feeling. I guess we might reschedule it. I told her to go on and have it without me. Who knows?

I am sending you love and hugs and plenty of prayers to go with all of it.

It's not what you gather, but what you scatter
that tells what kind of life you have lived.
