Spring Fling Workout Challenge - First Day Of Spring Is Here!

It seems like just yesterday we all said yes let's do this, let's get back on track with our exercise, let's get our sexy back

This goes to show you how fast time goes when you are focused on a challenge. For me the scale didn't move as much as I wanted, but I know I have made progress. I am feeling stronger, inspired to do more and I shocked myself. When I went back and reviewed my sets and amount of weights, I found I have increased by a whopping 40%
I also learned in the process that I don't push myself like I should. Even now, so far out I underestimate what I can do. If it were not for me working out with my son I would not have imagined I could accomplish what I did.
So lesson learned even this far out, we still think in terms of a "fat" person. We need to do away with that kind of thinking and push ourselves on a daily basis. Rather it's in our personal lives, or professional.

May I make a couple of suggestions..since I am not a bander most I know is from what I read and talking to others. We are all the same just use different tools to lose.
Go to the Lap Band forum and post in the Ask Dr. Curry thread... here is the link:

I have referred several banders there and they have been very happy with the information provided.

I am going to try to post everyday on this thread - so far today I have walked 30 minutes on the treadmill. Posted it on my daily plate along with my food for today. I have to work tonight and it won't be easy because I can not sleep this afternoon....

If you have not done so, please be sure and check out our BOTT group. Back On Track Together Group. Sounds like you are getting back to the basics and we are all about that in that group.
Baby steps my friend and you are doing all the right things.. Try writing again, it will help you pin point when you want to eat and your trigger foods...
