Welcome back  and please stay with us, okay?  "It is not a sin to fall down but it is a sin to just lie there".....I heard this years and years ago when I was a WW regular.  We are all humans and humans are not perfect and we all "fall" at one time or another.  We all need support whether we are newbies, middle-bies or old timers in this battle of weight loss. This is what this forum is for dear friend. 
So happy you decided to come back and please let us help you.  We are all here to help each other.

I just got into that never ending cycle of  not eating right, not exercizing and then feeling guilty so I ate more etc etc.

But I am back now and so glad to hear from you.

No problem. 

I am a scale ***** as they call it here on OH.  I weigh twice a day every day, so I can see changes.  I want to stay around 210-212.  My doc wants me below 220.  Monday I weighed 216, so I just went on a no junk allowed diet for two days.  I lost 5.5 lbs.  I know, you didn't need to hear that, because I am a man and I lose it quicker.  I was only showing you that it happens to all of us.  When I saw it go to 212, to 213 to 215, to 216, I knew it was time to do something.  First thing I did was go to Linda's What's Eating You thread and confess.  Confession is good for the soul.  They are right.

Anyway, just wanted to reiterate.  We are here.  And will always be here.
