Howdy everybody!  Hope you get to work Linda.  Like I told my coworkers yesterday when they wanted me to go home early.  At least here I have people around if anything happens.  At home, I'd be alone until George arrived @ 6:00. 

B - protein shake
S - protein shake
L - chicken and eggplant
S - yogurt or cheese
D - hamburger steak with onions, veggies, and some salad
S - dk - maybe cottage cheese and fruit or another protein shake

Good Morning Linda....

I agree... that doesn't seem like much food today.  I hope you feel good and have a wonderful day. 

So far today I've had my usual... yogurt and turkey.  Lunch will be chicken and something else... I can't even remember what I packed!  Snacks are clementines and low fat cheese.  Dinner is never decided this early in the day.  haha  That reminds me... even when my kids were young, rarely did I know what I was making for dinner first thing in the morning and they'd always ask what was for dinner and I'd say you haven't even had breakfast yet, what's the hurry on dinner!  I guess I was a bad mother... never planned very well... never particularly domestic. Poor babies.

Good morning and great day,

Laura, you make me smile about not planning meals ahead because when I was a young mother I barely knew how to cook more than seven meals.  So my kids knew that Monday was baked chicken/potato, Tuesday was Mac& Weenies, Wednesday was spaghetti, etc.  Talk about being an undomesticated mom. 

Linda, thanks for you funny potty seat poem yesterday.  You make me smile.  I hope you made it to work today and are feeling better.

Connie, my good thoughts continue for you.  Happiness is on the way.  Can you feel it yet?

L (not chili!!!) leftover pork roast & clementines
D not sure yet...meat and vegies
S protein drink/SF pudding/lots of water

That doesn't sound like much food to me, but maybe you (like me) have committed to only eating when you're hungry.  Still, your body needs fuel...

B: chai tea protein shake
S: iced skinny latte
L: shrimp & white bean salad
S: olive cheese spread on Ak Mak cracker
D: steak, broccoli
S: PB cookie
