B-yogurt w/ kashi and string cheese
L-tuna, cottage cheese and peas
D-Chili w/ cheese

Snacks...protein and fruit

Good morning.  I did not like where my weight is, so today there has been no junk food at all. 

B- Omolet
L - Pork chop, corn, potatoes
S - Port chop, corn

Snack - yogurt, cheese.

Good for you George on the "no junk food at all."   

I've started doing that too.  Not so much because I think it's affecting my weight as I don't like to think about the possibility of old habits creeping back up on me.

Hey George, not bad, but, I would change some of that corn to a better veggie. Corn is
high in calories & does not digest very well. Try Green veggies. Just a playful Hint.

Darn good hint! I love corn,but kill all other high carbs when I have it!

Corn is a treat for me.  Since I gave up the junk for the day, I needed to reward myself.  It worked.  I lost 3.5 lbs.

But thanks for the tip.  It has been filed away for future use.
