Did anyone notice? It's TGIF!!! - What's New????
So glad to hear you found your dogs so quickly and they're back safe at home. I've been there and it's too scary. I think of it everytime I look in the backyard and don't see my little guy. We're going to replace our fence this summer to ease my mind. Going with chain link this time.
I'm so excited today I can hardly stand it. I'm leaving after work to attend my first Men's Retreat. I'm not staying for the entire thing because I want to get home so I can attend church on Sunday. I'll be coming home after the last event tomorrow night so probably won't get home until midnight. Looks like the weather is going to be great too.
Hope everyone has a great weekend.

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

It sure was nice to sleep late (9:30) today. I woke up with Scooter in my arms purring and Nettie stretched out beside me. Then Scooter saw a bird silouetted against the blinds and perked up. Took awile before he came back to cuddle.
Something screwy is going on with OFF on my browser. It told me I had three messages, but they were old ones, and then I couldn't get back to OFF. Couldn't find it at all. I had to go back to my mail and connect through a message. I knew it was there!
George, glad your dogs came back. We had high winds too. It's been warm and windy here, and my allergies are kicking up like it's spring. I may need to ramp up my allergy regimen. It's 51 degrees here. It got up to the 60s yesterday. My eyes are very itchy.
I'm so glad to be done with PT, although I still have to keep it up at home. Something I'm not very good at doing, I'll admit. I need to get on my bike when I get done here. Still ticked off at the insurance company. Have to write a letter and get all the stuff about why they denied me service. I figured out it's just three or four visits they're denying me service for, so if I wind up paying for them, it's not very much, but still ... they could have warned me, the PT company could have checked it out beforehand too. And they should have. If they weren't sure of getting reimbursed, they should have just canceled service and I would have continued on my own until I could get out to outpatient PT.
Well, I should get on the bike and exercise. Tried out my new blender today and it works great, although I miss the little dispensing spout. Oh well, if I ever want a margarita or a pina colada, this will be wonderful. It supposedly crushes ice really well.
Have a good day.
I'm so glad your furbabies are safely back home. We had a collie/yellow lab mix who wouldn't leave the yard on a leash. For vet visits, we had to pick him up and carry him to the car. He'd get so nervous, he'd pee all over. Weird dog, but so sweet. He definitely bonded more with our daughter and me than George and our sons. The two female dogs we had bonded with the guys.
Nothing much going on, looking forward to the weekend. George and I are going to the Farmer's Market in the morning. Just something to get us out of the house since he still has restrictions.
Ooh, it's lunch time! Going to get my crab salad!
