What's New, Thursday!

morning nancy and OFF family!!!

well its happened....rick was laid off from his job!!! he is so worried i will leave him now because he is out of work!!! i told him it wasn't his fault that he was laid off and i would NEVER leave him because of that!!! he is so stressed out and worried....hopefully he can find another job because the unemployment sure isn't going to be enough to get us through our bills.

we went to the mall to pay our phone bill at verizon and was just wandering around and ended up at the food court...LOL some were giving free samples out and so we had a mini meal there for free!!! had some chicken sub, pizza, bourbob chicken and more chicken of some kind....filled me up some thats for sure!!! they had the bourbon chicken on special for $4.99 but we didn't have any moey ,eft after paying the phone bill so we came home and watched a movie his mom gave us to watch. journey to the center of the earth...was ok i guess.

my mom called last night and thanked me for the cute bear i sent her. said she loved it and also loved me!! :) i also sent her picture of our apartment and pool and she said it looked really nice and she was gonna come live here...yeah right...wish she would so she could get out of her bad neighborhood!!! her cold is still bothering her alot and she is going to the dr tuesday she said. hope she is feeling better soon!!!

am off work today and we are going job hunting for rick and also to the dollar store to get a few things we need there and thats about it.

weather here is so nice and warm...well not really warm but warmer than what it has been!!!! weather channel says its 59 right now and some wind gusts but its still nice out there!!! its also overcast. oh well can't have everything now can we?? LOL

susan sounds like you have a great plan if the workplace colses up and also your hubby got an awfully good deal on that truck!!! wow!!!!

pat r i usually get the deals on the citrical citrate so it doesn't cost so much in the long run.

connie you and your family sure have the plate full!!! just remember GOD only gives you what HE thinks you can handle...sometimes i wish HE wouldn't give me so much....hang in there...better days are coming i am sure!!

margo that cob duster sounds great!! i want one!!! how much would you charge me for one?? seriously!!!! hope michaels tests all come out good!!!

eileen i use the muscle rub cream from the dollar store!! works like ben gat and its only a buck!!! why spend big bucks for something that you can get for a dollar?? sounds like your knee is doing so much better now!! hope it continues to get better!!!

annette i hope tom will be ok and its nothing to worry about!!! your cats are totally awesome!! rick misses his cat so much!! wish we could have her here but we can't....atleast he can see her when he wants to...mine i had to leave behind when i moved here :( i miss him so much too!!!!

well i best get going and see about jobs. also need to get oil changed in my car today....its telling to change the oil soon....dam talking car!!!!! lol
