Good morning Linda and Friends!  Everything on the home front is A-OK.  The hairy dude went to work this morning.  I'm still home, no not sick, I have a doc appt at 9 and couldn't see crossing the river just to come back.  My first  pig out - gee, they started so long ago and at such a young age, I can't remember.  I do remember being 5 and eating massive amounts of smothered cabbage with pork chops that was cooling on the kitchen table.  I'm sure there were pig outs even before that.

B - protein shake
S - protein bar
L - chicken soup, cheese and crackers
S - yogurt
D - baked catfish, broiled eggplant slices with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese, broccoli or roasted veggies
S - protein shake

Only 1/2 hour to finish getting ready!

Shame on Fangster  giving his mommy grief.  As you once told me, our menus are not written in stone..  Mine changed - since we had fish Sunday for dinner, I decided on boneless pork loin chop for dinner, and crackers and peanut butter for late snack.  Around here, we get so much fish, that it really isn't penance.  Not eating it would be.

Sweet Angel, you remembered the stone thing..that makes me smile, and it is so true!
On the fish,I was saying I would find an excuse to eat fish everyday,if I was in N.O. during Lent!
My system is not great today, and this has to be the last day I stay home,I am entering the danger zone at work!
So,I am praying, and talking to Fangster too.
Some of my illness comes from trying to help my daughter,I am praying that God helps me be strong enough to say no to her. When I turn around, there is no one to help me!
Stay Strong,sweet Angel.

Good Morning Miss Linda and Off family....Another cold March day in ND.  Expecting MORE snow today.  I remember sneaking and eating a whole quart of home canned peaches when my parents were gone.  I was perhaps, 10-11 years old.  These were saved in the cellar in case unannounced company showed up.  I lived on a farm and we had alot of "city folk", usually relatives, that came out to the farm every Sunday and of course my Mom would cook big dinners and if she hadn't baked any thing, these peaches were used as dessert. I was well reprimanded of course.

Happy Monday Linda... and all my OFF friends!

So far today about 3 oz. of baked cod, a yogurt and two clementines.  Lunch will be shrimp, salad, strawberries.  Afternoon snack some raw veggies and dinner is yet to be decided.

I'm okay... my mom's been in and out of the hospital (heart issues) which is wearing me down plus I'm feeling very blue... but I'll be seeing someone for that problem next week.  I'm very happy to have lost 83 pounds but don't know who I am anymore.  I hope it gets better.

I hope you all have a wonderful week!

Well,I am sorry you don't know who you are...you look alot like someone named Laura...so we'll call you that for now.
Your pic looks good. It sounds like you are doing your best, and pretty much have things under control. Kudos on going to get the help you need.
Your head will catch up soon. Laura,I went through a stage where I would not look in the mirrow!
For the 1st time ever,I did not want to see how small I was getting...It will pass..
