Hi there.  Is there anyone over 60 here?  I see there isn't an over 60 forum, so maybe I will be the oldtimer here.:)  I just wanted to say hi.  I've been gone so long I forgot my login & password, but need a little help getting back on track.  I've only gained 6 lbs., but it's time to get it off.  I am going to be 67 soon, but I honest don't feel it at all.  Can I hang out with all you people here?

Sure, you can hang with us.  The forum is 50 and over, so you will fit right in.  Yes, there are people who are in there 60's.  Welcome.  I hope some of them chime in and welcome you, too.

im 60 and had my surgery 2.5 years ago, actually today is the date.  i cant believe how fast the time has passed.

its good your back, and if you want you know u can get those pounds off.  keep posting here, its a great group
