I'm such a tiny little thing? Huh?
This morning I had my annual mammogram. I told the tech that I had had a breast reduction, but didn't mention my WLS (I figure they need to know about the breast surgery to read my mammo properly, but don't need to know about my WLS).
She said, "You did? I can't imagine you needing a breast reduction. You're such a tiny little thing!"
She was maybe 3" taller than me, with an average build.
It is still so strange to be perceived by others as "a tiny little thing"!

P.S. - Funny story: years ago when I was MO, before my breast reduction, I went for a mammogram at a very busy hospital with a very cramped mammography department. Took off my blouse, bra, and jewelry, put on the johnny, and bared my breasts to the tech (who had breasts like fried eggs). She took one look, went out into the hallway (which opened onto the waiting room), and shouted, "Hey, Maryann! I'm going to need a big plate for this one!"
