I know this was not a funny issue to you, but it has had me laughing, too...

I get the low carb slim fast thru www.drugstore.com - they ship it to me - many times shipping is free, and no tax !  I used to could find it at WalMart, but not always, so now I do more online shopping.  Also I use the Vanilla one, add 1/2 banana, some sugar free Torani syrup or even a spoon of peanut butter for variety.  I have tried it with strawberries or blueberries.  I add some ice when I use the fruits for a milkshake thickness...

Way to go Susan.  It's amazing what we can do when we put our minds to it.  Putting the bike together AND reaching your mini goal.... what a woman!

lol ... it is funny NOW! It wouldn't have been so funny if I hadn't made it to the bathroom FASSSST! But at least I know the problem and a hopeful solution? Yes it has been very frustrating on this roller coaster but I have done so well that I really shouldn't complain.

Ask your doc about a new iron out called  NU-IRON ,,,,non script but behind the counter.  THe other ones were killing me , nausea etc so this is my third try before injections or infusions I guess.
Colace is supposed to help with constipation and isnt habit forming ,,It only softens not makes you go and Walmart or any drugstores carry this accordng to my daughtgerinlaw who is a cardic  ICU nurse,,,
