 Protein shake for me ... before coffee even.  Now with my new situation of blood sugar dropping so much I need to eat smaller meals and more often.  I get up and have a shake first thing. then decide what to have.  I'm going to try a soft boiled egg this a.m. Not sure on lunch as I will be out.  Going out has its own set of problems.  I load up my little lunch carrier with quick fix foods.  

Today is going to be a good day.  I have much to do but its fun stuff..

Nancy...so sorry to hear that your friend and her daughter are having to deal with this. My heart is breaking for them. They are lucky to have you for love and support!

I am having a busy, busy day today. I haven't worked since Thursday morning so needless to say I am way behind!!!

B-Boost Glucose Control Protein Drink

The rest of the day is a mystery....I will get my protein and water in for sure!!

That's so sad about your friend's husband.  Even if they were divorcing, his death has to be traumatic for her and her daughter.

I am grateful today also.  Haven't posted much lately but wanted to report that I'm only a few pounds away from breaking two hundred, my new years goal.

lunch--------------salad,baked pt

dinner-------------chicken livers,green beans,cabbage,collards


snack for today----------string cheese.tangerines,100 calorie mini cupcakes by hostess.

Good morning
I haven't posted on this site for awhile but I have been doing good on my food plan this week.  Back to usinn fitday.com and watching the % of fat, protien, and carb.  I am slowly losing and I mean slowly like tenths of a pound in a couple of days.  That OK if it continues.  I also feel so much better. Don't know if it is the Delta brain wave tapes I fall to sleep to or not but I have energy during the day.  Not jitters, just feel alive.  I still can't go to sleep before midnight but I wake up feeling alert.

B - Quaker Old fashion Oatmeal  with splenda and cinnimon ( I read this spice is good for you)
S - WW blueberry crum cake
L - Wendy's chili with saltines
S - Ka****asty little chewy, Honey Almond Flax
D - Oven roasted chicken sandwich on glycemic health bread
S- Applesauce  No sugar added
