All the recipes sound good. However, I eat my fruit plain unless it is in a fruit salad of some kind.

I was eating apples w/peanut butter but not right now with the peanut butter recalls.

Sorry I am of no help here.

I eat fruit especially apples in peanut butter also  but I mix a little honey in the peanut butter to keep it from being too thick and sticky.  I also make fruit salad but mine is just fresh fruit with a little "Fresh Fruit" to keep it from browning.  If I don't have Fruit Fresh I use lemon juice.  I love apples and cranberries in salads.  Fudruckers has a Napa Valley salad with apples, cranberries. leafy greens, and grilled chicken....so good.  It also has feta cheese but I leave that off because I do not like it.  I have also put raisins and sunflower seeds on salads.  I also bake muffins with dried fruit adding an individual SF applesause to keep it from being dry since I substitut Splenda for the sugar and splenda baked goods are not as moist as sugar baked goods.  I love fruit but find that I have to limit what I eat because it is easy for me to good overboard with fruit.  There are so many vitamins in fruit but lets face it ....there is a lot of sugar as well so a little goes a long way..  I also will eat fruit and cheese for desert.  Again in small amounts.

I'm with Judy, this is my Monday so I am going to go ahead and post. This has been my savior for snacking and when I ned a bit of something sweet, the tartness makes it very satisfying.

Cranberry relish Jello.

2 boxes S/F Raspberry Jello
1 bag fresh cranberries
1or 2 oranges

Make your Jello per instructions, in a good sized bowl, place in fridge
cut the orange in pieces, peal and all.
Grind your cranberries and orange together( I have one of those good ol cast iron grinders that you screw onto a work surface, but a blender or food processor works great)

Mix some spenda into the cranberry orange mixture. Sorry I dont measure. Mix this into  the Jello and cool in fridge.

I eat a half cup at a time. about 40 calories per serving.
