lunch--------------sweet and sour chicken 1oz
                            chicken livers 1/2 cup
                           collards 1/2 cup
                            blackeye peas 1/2

dinner-------------blackeye peas
                            collards
                           grill chicken breast
                            left over greens ,peas from lunch

snack-------------tangerine,string cheese.skim milk
