For those keeping track, I'm home from the hospital. No complications, fluids going down nicely. Only problem is I still feel hungary, but of course can't eat. Not a nice feeling, but a small price to pay. Oh, I have lost 7 lbs. Yeaaaaa!!!

Glad you are doing so well.  That hunger will subside or it will get better and easier to identify as to head hunger or real hunger.

Welcome home and I am so glad that things are going well. I just echo the others with the keep sipping and walking and before long things are going to just fall into place more easily.

Congratulations on the 7 pounds you have lost so far. It is just the beginning of a wonderful and exciting life!

It's not what you gather, but what you scatter
that tells what kind of life you have lived.

Way to go gurl.....  you have a new lifetime to adjust to the eating habits.  We are here for you and very happy for you.

Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels.......  yup, you will see those 7 lbs will soon turn into 10, then 15 and on down the line.

Keep up the good work
