Hey Everyone
Let's talk walking....  

Most of us can't run due to bad knees and or back issues from the  excess weight we carried all our lives... 

Once we have lost our weight we feel we can at least start walking. 

Here are some websites that will help you get started.  Grab  your pet, co-workers and or neighbors to walk with you.  Start your own walking club.  It's harder to say I don't feel like it today when you have people knocking on your door!

So My Friends, Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today?  It's Friday and the weekend is around the corner.  If it's nice out where you live, get your butt outside and smell the fresh air, walk your fur babies.  If you live in the freeze zone like me, go to a mall, or local Y to use the track.

I do this first thing as I get up (usually about 6:15) and then I feel like I am ready for the day.  It is like a habit and I always feel better on the days I do it.

I did a 55-min. aerobics class this morning and a quick, VERY COLD dog walk this afternoon.

Hi Kathy
I usually walk but today I couldn't stand looking at my messy pantry any longer.  So I cleaned it organized it by putting like items in bins.  Like pasta, grains, beans, healthy snacks, etc.  Labeled all the bins and canisters.   I love my label maker pretty cheap at Wal-mart).  I just finished.  Stopped to cook lunch and dinner but that's about it.  It took 5-6 hours to get it done but I can now look inside without wanting to pull my hair out.  It was at the point where I couldn't find anything because I couldn't think looking at the clutter.  I hope it last for at least 3 months.  DH doesn't put things back where they belong.  He puts things back in the same place all the time, he just doesn't think they belong where I think they belong.  He does this to me with dishes and untensils also.  I'll leave cabinets for another day.  I know this isn't as active as walking the 3 miles we usually walk but I will be sure and walk tomorrow.
