Pearls
A few years before I had wls, my husband bought me an expensive pearl necklace with expensive pearl errings. So, I wore them only on special occassions because, frankly, they were almost too small and looked bad. They looked closer to a choker than a necklace. Also, I was always afraid that I would break them. So, the talk about bones and such had me thinking about wearing a necklace and immediately thought of my pearls. Well, yesterday I was having trouble fastening it on and hubby's eyes are too bad to fasten it for me, so I fastened it and put it over my head. Imagine my surprise at that and that they are not only a necklace, but they are a necklace that hangs between my breasts. They are really too big now, if a neclace can be too big. But, I must admit that they sure look better hanging losely around my neck than they did fitting tightly against my chinS.

LOL, you know a funny thing is I used to have to have people put my necklaces on for me, now I can do it myself, guess losing that extra chin and gaining back collar bones makes a difference ;)
My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . . It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . . Laureen
