Sounds like a good buy!  I will be looking for one of those!

Thanks Linda!  I pay more than that for a co-pay for 20 Lunestra (which I don't take every night), and they are only good for 4 - 5 hours of sleep.  Most people who take Ambien or Lunestra tell me they work for 8 hours.  I wish!  With me it's not nature calling.  I seldom get up during the night for bathroom trips.  I wake at the slightest noise, or my legs ache, or I'm cold...

I am extremely sensitive to light and temperature.  For me I have to be bundled under covers but the room needs to be cold.  I need to build a sleep room that has no windows is heavily insulated and has a separate cooling system.  Dark, quiet, 68 degrees.  Last night the tape didn't work so well.  I think I tried to go to bed too early.  DH is in bed by 9:00.  I tried to go to bed at the same time he did and it just didn't work.  I think I thought too much about trying to sleep and messed up the whole night.  So I guess I'll just stay up until I feel I need to sleep, usually about 11:00 pm.  I'm just afraid I'll wake him when I get in  bed.  Getting old sure can suck.

No windows sounds nice, the least bit of light coming through the blinds disturbs me.  George likes the thermometer set at 62 during the night.  That's way too cold for me.  Last night and again tonight I set it at 66!  Getting old does suck, but the alternative sucks worse.
