Taco Soup !!
This is what I got from WW. I'm sure there are dozens of versions!
Taco Soup
Makes 10 cups….1 cup is 1 point
1 lg. onion, diced or ¼ - ½ cup frozen diced onions
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 cups whole kernel corn
1 can chicken broth - 99% ff
1 can black beans
1 can white beans - pinto or navy are white
1 can ff refried beans
1 can diced tomatos - mexican flavor (Rotel)
1 can diced tomatoes
Add refried bean, diced tomatoes and Rotel tomatoes, stirring until refried beans have ‘melted’. Add rest of ingredients, cover, simmer 1 hour with lid on.
Don't drain the beans and you can use frozen or canned corn, I like the taste of frozen better.
