I tell you this winter weather and the lack of sunshine and warmth is getting to me
They now say another blizzard is coming and then it's going to be so cold they are saying to not let our pets go outside
I was able to get out of under the covers and did 3 miles on the treadmill and some uppper body work so that was a good start. Being doing better with the eating thanks to the BOTT group here (Back On Track Together).

The sun is shining in Carmel Valley, CA and it is in the 70s. I'm not complaining although we could sure use some more rain.
I did four days on the elliptical last week and dancing on Saturday. The darn scale still refuses to budge though and I'm getting a little discouraged. I'll try again this week. Something's gotta give soon.
Hang in there. The days are getting longer already.

I didn't do anything formal today like tredmill etcf. But I left my house a 6:30 AM for my doctor's appointment in Houston's medical center and didn't stop until 5:30 this afternoon. Does that count? Tomorrow I have a session with a personal trainer and a riding lesson on my new freind Bella a Belgian draft horse.
i did pretty good today istarted a treadmill work out last week and this week im on the second part and next week it will be week 3
this is how it goes.
week 1----do this 3 times a week
speed and incline
2.5 miles at incline of 0.5--4 min.
3 miles at incline 1.5---2 min.
3.5 miles at incline 3.0--2 min.
3 miles at incline--1.5--2 min.
2.5 miles at incline---0.5--5 min.
this is for 15 minutes
