Water regimen resolutioners? How are we doing?
Drinking has always been a problem for me but what I have found out the last 8 days its not the actual drinking it's keeping it in front of me . as long as I keep it available I will drink it. Breaking it down to 20oz AM -20 oz afternoon and 20 oz evening( plus the water i drink with meds) keeps me from having trouble getting to the bathroom. For some reason I can drink much more and easier if I have it in a 32 oz glass with a straw..now its time for some Crystal light..Blessings

I always have a bottle of water with me...I keep two in the freezer, half-full and one beside me..always replacing. When I want a new bottle, I take the frozen half-filled bottle from the freezer, fill it the rest of the way with tap water and then Ive always got a nice fresh cold drink. This is particularly refreshing in the summertime. I dont like insipid luke-warm water.
Generally I get at least three bottle of water in a day plus my herbal teas...usually peppermint or green tea.
I do have to say that I somehow find it harder to drink water in the winter...dont know why.

I'm working on giving up the diet drinks. I only like fountain drinks, canned drinks are too bubbly and too sweet. DH says I like them half flat and watered down! I'm down to one a day but only if I've already had at least 48oz of water. So far that and having to drive to town to get one has kept me from having one seversl days last week. They are already getting to be a PITA! I think by the end of the week I'll be off them and not even wanting one.
