I have been doing pretty good getting it in (escept for yesterday ... due to LONG nap). Will make sure I get it in today!

Just wondering how the rest of you are doing?

I've been getting in most of it, but mostly via decaffienated teas these days, as I just can't seem to drink plain old water in the winter, I go by my urine and if it's clear, I know I'm taking in enough.

My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . .  It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . .  Laureen

Im doing much better. I dont always get in the 64 ounces but get pretty close. I too check myurine, and if its clear I know Im on the right track.
Water is not my favorite thing either,,so thank goodness for the water flavorings availabel these days, Makes it a lot easier!

I have difficulty getting mine in.  I drink a lot of decaff coffee....  not the same as water, I know ...  I use the crystal lite and would love to fine something else...  I don't tolerate plain water anymore....

Thanks for the topic....  water is a must and I must get back on track.

I am proud to say over the past couple of days I have been able to drink 80 ounces of water each day... with crystal light.  The best I have done in a long time.

im working on it every day.  some days are better than others for me

i recently started drinking Powerade Zero as an alternative to plain water.  it has some minerals and extra vitamins and is a nice change from crystal light and other stuff.  it comes in three flavors, strawberry, mixed berry and grape.  just be careful you buy the Zero, cause the regular is loaded with sugar

i also mix ocean spray light juices with water for another taste, and that works for me. its low on calories, and has very little sugar and i figure some juice is nutritious especially in the winter with all the colds and flu going on

happy drinking

I have been reading articles on metabolism and it seems several articles say warm  to ho****er with lemon helps clean out the liver and that in turn is supposed to up metabolism.  Haven't tried it yet.  Must get some lemons.  I have also read that juicing fruits and veggies breaks down the cell wall of these foods and makes their nutrients easier to absorb which in turn makes us healthier.  Any thoughts?

Why do we have such trouble tolerating water?  I truly feel when I drink plain water it really makes my pouch hurt.  What is the deal or is it just in my head?

Sounds like we are all hangin' in there pretty good!

I think the problem getting it in is that we can't gulp it down and we fill up so quickly?
