Since everyone in the nation wakes up before my time zone,I am leaving this tonight! I was checking up on one of my friends (I do check up on my buds),I was checking up on Dreamgirl119,and looked at her profile. It was totally awesome as to what she feels about WLS,and the slips we may have due to the holidays, etc,.
Please stop over and give it a quick read,it is so worth it,and touches us,no matter what stage we are in.
B- Cheese Sticks L- Cottage cheese and fruit D- Chicken stew with lotsa veggies S- Haven't felt snackish lately.
I hope everyone has the best day ever!

Hello, Linda. how are you tonight? I was just getting ready to go to bed and thought that I should post my Mouthwatering Monday thread so the ones that are up and out early could do their thing. I was just working on what it is going to be. I still haven't decided so whatever I write is that it is going to be.

It seem strange thinking about my food for tomorrow since I am taking my cheese to bed to nibble on and watch television.

B: slim fast low carb drink
S: fruit
L: wheat English muffin w/ peanut butter
S: who knows
D: chili
S: sf pudding

That sounds good and will try really hard to follow it. It shouldn't be a problem but I am going to the office in the morning. My brother in laws cousin is being buried tomorrow and I haven't decided if I am going or not. It depends on how I feel. I am betting it is going to be no. I just have a problem with funerals anymore.

Have a great day and keep that pretty smile on your beautiful face. You bring so much sunshine to others lives. I am sending love and hugs along with prayers for you and yours.

Edited to add: I am picking my sister up at 12:15 and we are going to DBIL cousins funeral. We are just going to the church though. My DBIL passed away almost 12 years ago and one of the reasons we are going is because he and his cousin was very close friends as well as cousins and we have both known him our whole lives (my sister and I both) and so we decided to go.

There will also be a change in lunch since we are planning on going out for lunch afterward. Since it is going to be late dinner might change too. Not sure on that. It depends on what lunch is.

I still hate funerals though! And the one that I will hate the most is my own! ha ha

It's not what you gather, but what you scatter
that tells what kind of life you have lived.

Hi Miss Brenda,I was just headed for bed and saw you!!
I understand about funerals, they are hard,I am not having one.
My appetitr has been very poor lately, but I am doing the best I can. If it does not improve soon,I will have to go back to my version of protein shakes. I know I am not doing myself a favor in not eating. The only the only thing that sounds good is grits and cheddar,so  will buy some chesse tomorrow.
I think losing someone whom I have loved for over 40 years has at lot to do wth it. I plan the menu and do not eat it,and I want to be honest and post the truth on here,I will get some thng tomorrow,2 tablespoons of cottage is not enough and I know it,tomorrow I will eater better I pledge!!
Hugs and many blessing for you,not matter what your

God's name is, What does it matter?? What ever gets you through!
Be well, and stay out of jail..LOL.

Hiya Boo! I hadn't related my SIL's passing to my lack of appetite. Thank you,it is 12ish here and I haven't eaten. I will make a shake if this continues today.
I am sorry about Monday, wish I could fix it for you.

Believe it or not, I went to my first funeral at 51 years old.  Seriously.  Never was around when someone who's funeral I might have gone to passed away.  When my grandmother passed away, I was 23 years old and in Spain.  Red Cross notified me three days after the funeral.

Strange, my grandson is 11 and has been to at least 7 or 8 funerals already.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!

Linda,

I am getting an overdue fill today (it was canceled on 12/23 due to an ice storm), so that makes my menu full liquids for most of the day.

B: oatmeal w/ skim milk, strawberries, and walnuts
S: iced skinny latte
L: egg salad
S: yogurt
D: lentil & veggy soup
S: SF pudding
