Morning everyone! can only stay on a moment, must get to work you know! 
We got officially 11.9 inches of snow over Friday and Saturday. today the temps are CCCCCOOOLD!  I believe we are to get another 2-3 inches tonight.  Grand.  Shoveling is not my favorite activity!  Going to be a cold one this week here too.  feels like Canada! 
Going to get some tea here pretty soon.  Protein drink is absorbed by now.  I still use my Matrix perfect chocolate almost every morning.  My latest snack of choice has been cinamon grahams with peanut butter or even just plain graham crackers and p-butter.  I have to say, I had blood work done 2 weeks ago and my total cholesterol was 204 but the good was 72!  According to the results, I have NO problems in that arena!  YEAH!  
Must get to work, boss will be cracking the whip soon!

Good Morning Cindy and all,

Brenda came home last night.  She was so ready to leave the hospital.  I agree that 9 days in the hospital is too many.  We don't even stay that long for WLS.  She's having some eating issues, but I hope that gets better. 

I'm only working half day so I can go home and get some laundry done, clean the house abit and get some sleep.  I haven't been home long enough the past 10 days to get anything done.

CJ is sure happy to have us back home.  I felt so bad that he had to spend so much time alone.

Hi Floyd, so glad to hear Brenda is home at long last....man that was way too long, but I'm sure her docs know what they are doing....regarding the eating issues, I am sure she is afraid of blockage....maybe just mushy "stuff" for a while, cottage cheese and nice healthy soups will help. 

I'm sure CJ is glad you are both home now....our furry critters do miss us...

Sunday was a good day. I made dinner to take to my daughters home and had a play date with my sweet M&M.s (Matthew & Melanie)

We played Hide and Seek which was more Chase, Roar and Scream with Laughter. Oh the places I hid .. not very dignified for a 61 year old granny. Under the desk, under the dining room table, crouched under the foot of the recliner. As they approached I hopped up and yelled "Tickle Bug". Off they scooted with me chasing at their heels. Damn, it was fun!!!

None of that would have been possible at 320 pounds.

What wonderful memories for those little ones. I am so thankful to have a lap, to be able to get down and dirty with the babies on the floor. We'll be able to make mud pies, play at the park, play dressup and "Tickle Bug!" I'm so happy for you Annette. Sounds like yesterday was just what you needed.
