Aloha Linda....Oh my god...you are SO GORGEOUS!! I don't post here very often because I'm such a stranger eater...but I do read, and LOVE your new picture.

Just because I'm here I'll tell you what I've had to eat so far today:

Kashi Go Lean with a banana & 2% milk
1.5 Zone bars (dark chocolate..yum)

(it's 11:00 in the morning......later I"ll have a pot roast sandwich, and a SKinny Cow mint ice cream sandwich).

It's nice right now to NOT want to lose any more, but I'm still careful about what I eat and try to make it healthy.

Aloha nui loa,

Maui Karen

Karen, thank you for your kind words. I just know I still have at least 20 pounds to go for my comfort zone, and my doctor is very very wonderful.
I don't, can't imagine myself eating any differently than I do,so we shall see. I mean there was a time when I could not see myself eating out of a 1 oz cup..LOL!
Kudos on eating healthy,I could never ever not do that again,I see the food dragon just waiting in the corner for me!!
Thank you for sharing,I think any eating program you have is fine,if it works for you!
Many smiles to you..

Linda,

It's good to catch up on your sleep and have a lazy day.

I had a stressful morning trying to complete some VA paperwork for my mom, including details of her 2008 income and medical expenses.  The instructions included things like:

Do report VA compensation that you receive under this or another claim number.
Do NOT report VA pension that you receive under this claim number.

So, is a VA pension not compensation, or is there a big contradiction lurking in there?!

Then I went to visit Mom, who was pretty confused (as usual) but told me I am the "star" of her existence.  Wow!

B: oatmeal w/ Shelly's cranberry orange sauce & almonds
S: iced skinny latte
L: salmon, Moroccan eggplant salad
S: hard-boiled egg
D: mustard pork, soy-ginger acorn squash
S: banana-fudge SF pudding w/ banana in it

Jean, don't ya just love dealing with the government??
I think a lot of your mom's true feelings are coming out now. It is good for you to hear these things, you deserve them.
Your hubby is a lucky man,to have a cook such as you!
Take care, and keep fighting the battle!
