The new avatar is not coming across for me..... I love the old picture but want to see the new one. Sigh.
I'm finding that I can eat most anything lately and keep it down. Dang... I'll have to figure out something. So far I've done well with my food... lol I just got up.
cottage cheese / pear
ditto
protein shake
meat / veggies
ditto
fruit
pork loin / veggies
fruit
Hand full of nuts and fish crackers... the crunch factor
Have a Fun, Funny, Eye Opening Day......

Hiya Millie,I don't know why you do not see the pic,but if you post it,we have manu guru's LOL.
There is much I do not dump on,but I know is not good for me,even crackers other can eat a few of,but I could eat the whole box easily so I stay away from them.
We have to make up our minds to stay away from the poison,LOL.
You will make up your mind,and not depend on the WLS only,keep me posted,I hope you can stay away from the poison,I am lucky to not have it in the house.

Hi dear Reggie,I have always been proud you. You were sooo ready for the change in your life,and you hit the ground running..smile. Thank God for my 12 steps in OA,they have helped me with so much. I think people who get food counciling have such a better chance of WLS as they fix our tummys,but not our heads.
