Thanks to all that stepped up to the plate to help me with my avatar. It shamed Olivia into doing it,LOL. Anyway,I have dropped about 25 pounds since this pic,so I will update soon.
B- Cheese and Egg L-Smart Ones Chicken sometaghing. D- Cottage Cheese and S/F peaches S-I dunno

PS,I will catch up on posts this weekend,which is Sunday and Monday for me. Also,I do not agree with my doctor that I am at goal. I am a big woman,I know I am 5ft10,and will  never be Tinker Bell,but I expected to look smaller than I do.
Would not be funny to go into dysmorphia...hmmmm.

Tinker Bell is over-rated. You look heavenly to me.
I have the notion that I am TALL... all 5'2" of me.

I need to get back on track today. Yesterday was a bust.

B - cottage cheese, Kashi, with raspberries and blueberries. My little Tony kept snitching the rasperries, he didn't like the rest.
L - ham & salad
D - ?? good question, maybe turkey chili (don't tell Tom I have been using ground turkey for some time now)
S - apple & peanut butter

LOL!! Annette,sounds like you went to h3ll with yourself yesterday!! Your "pig outs", are hysterical!
Good for you!! Sneaking a meat change in on Tom is a fantastic idea!! How is he doing with the rest of his food??
I am sneaking in from work..
I really feel I should lose at least another 20-25 pounds, it is funny that as I lose weight,other people look heavier,like my doctor and her nurse...LOL!!!!!
A guy I know who had the WLS summed it up, "Your body will know when it is time to stop". He is trying to gain a bit back,and we weigh the same now,but he is one inch taller.
....hmmmmm, maybe my doctor thinks I am male.

I think Tom has gone on a "SEE Food Diet" - he sees food and eats it. We stopped for groceries and he bypassed the cookies. Stopped for gas and he bought/ate TWO candy bars as he told me they were the best he has EVER eaten. TWO at a time .. give me a break.

Nah, I had my Joey cat put to sleep and have had trouble getting food down and keeping it down.

My doctor said that it is a fallacy that our bodies know when to quit. They didn't know enough to stop GAINING after all. He might have a valid point.
You are right, people look bigger to me too.

LINDA!!!!! WOW!!!! you are looking fabulous!!!!!! WOW!!!! so can i ask what weight you are at now? the way you look here you look like you are at goal...do you have escess skin? take that into consideration and if it were all cut off then you figure the weight of that gone and see if you are at goal...this is what people are telling me...if i had all the baggy skin cut off i would be at goal...hope this helps you.

again congrats on looking so beautiful!!!!

omg girlfriend you look just gorgeous,  keep up the good work

as to your goal, well docs dont always agree with us as where we should be.  however, it does take our mind a long time to catch up with what we really weigh.  i know i still at 2.5 years out, look in the mirror some days and see the fat girl i used to be for so many years

then i hear someone talk about how little or petite i am, and i go wait, they are talking about ME.
its still strange, guess it will always be

not sure where im headed today but we have lots of leftovers so this is what im thinking

lots of coffee first, as i watch the snow fall here ( hopefully not too much snow)
b- oatmeal with PB2

l - salad with some protein

d- leftover meatballs, or maybe leftover veggie burger with beans

s- protein bar or drink

lots of water and tea, im trying to drink drink drink

You are simply a knockout in that picture, Linda!  I really like it....  If you don't feel you are where you want to be, then go for it.  I think you look fabulous though.......  For me, not sure about the day's intake but wanted to comment on the new avatar!

WOW Linda,,,gorgeous pic! Look at those cheekbones!!!

I have never reached goal but Im gonna this year, that is my goal. I havent been posting here for a few days cause I was doing ghepouch test with Linda and theothers,,lost 7 pounds! WOOHOO! So thats a jumpstart.
Here's today,,,and thanks for keeping this thread goin'!!

B- preotein bar
s-apple with 1 T PB
L- soup
S- cheese
D- soup and salad
s- probably sf hot chocolate
