hey carmen!!! thankyou so much for posting the last of the 5 day pouch test for me!!!! WOW!!!  what a week we had huh??!!! good to see everyone made it through and NO cheating!!!!! CONGRATS!!!!!!!

today at work they had a breakfast to announce the shinning star of the year....scrammbled eggs, bacon, cheesy potatoes, bread pudding and fruit. i had a small taste of the eggs and a few pieces of bacon. i know we weren't supposed to have fruit yet but i had a couple pieces of the pineapple just incase the eggs bothered me. all was good!!! (no i didn't get to be shinning star...haven't been there a full year yet to qualify) for lunch i had a protein shake and for supper i had steak. omg it tasted soooo good!!!!! have over half of it left yet...lol just can't eat as much as before the test started!!! YIPPEEEEE WE MADE IT GROUP!!!!!!!!! now lets keep up the good work and see what we can do with this jump start!!!! i will be weighing in tomorrow morning to see if i lost any weight...not feeling i did but who knows.

again CONGRATS!!!!! and thanks for doing this test with me!!! had fun doing it!!!

hugs

Judy...sounds like you really did great!!!  I bet you have lost some weight.  This week has not been too hard.  I went by WalMart tonight and they had an apple smoked rotiserrie (sp?) chicken.  I got me one for supper.  It was so good.  I ate me part of the white meat.  I am gonna have me a pudding in a bit.  Let us know how much you lost please.  I am thrilled for all of us!!!  Thanks for doing this Judy.  Maybe we could do this once in a while.  It is just easier when we do it together.

i hope you are right carmen!!! had a couple near misses but i got through them all!!! i tried the rotisserie chicken before and to me it tastes bitter or something...so i don't buy it anymore...but rick loves it...i ate the last of my pudding last night and am now out of it didn't make it to the store tonight because its snowing and the roads are getting nasty and we have a winter storm warning til 1 am sunday so that means all the nutty drivers are out getting their supplies incase of being snowed in...oh well i can survive on what i have here i guess.

i sure will let you know what happens after i weigh in tomorrow morning. hope its good news....lol and yes we WILL do this every once in awhile to keep us on track!!! maybe more will join in with us? be fun!!!

hugs and thanks again for posting today for me!!

I know you will be excited when you see how muc hyou lost and of course we want to know. I wish I could have weighted but then not weighing is a victory for me too. It isn't about numbers but control and I think we have all gotten closer to where we want to be in that department. I want to try that soup too it sounds soooo yummy.. Off to warm up my hamburger dinner..

Hooray for you Judy on the 4 pounds! Just think, thats 16 sticks of butter!!LOL

I got up this morning feeling skinnier,,so I weighed,,sure enough, I have lost 7 pounds this week! That is amazing! And like you , I can' t eat as much and Im so glad,,thats why we did this test. I had cottage cheese for supper, because thats what I was hungry for, and I could only eat a small portion. And Im drinking way more water than I have been for along time, thats probably why I lost the 7 pounds, Im not naive, I don't ecxpect that weight to keep coming off at that rate,,but its a jumpstart and I am grateful!

Yep, I agree Easter time is perfect!
