Day 5 of the 5 day pouch test (for Judy)
It's almost finished!!! Today is it. I am thrilled. This is the first time I have completed this. I tried two other times and did not make it past day two. I have lost a few pounds and am on my way to losing the 30 pounds that I have never lost. That is my goal this year to lose the rest of the weight to reach my goal. I know that you all have done great. I am having me two eggs for breakfast this morning, chicken breast for lunch and I am am not sure about dinner yet. Hey y'all...we did it!!!!
See, that wasn't so hard after all!! We did it! i am so pleased with the change in the way my clothes fit, that all the cravings are gone and so is the bloat! And five pounds down is a plus!
Today Im having taco soup for lunch and supper,,its a Weigh****chers recipe so low in calories, high in fiber and protein.
FOr breakfast I had a protein shake.
This is the year I will lose that last 30 pounds also. I have nver reached goal either, so that is my challenge for the year 2009!

Thanks! Heres the recipe,,,on Weigh****chers 1 1/2 cups equals one point,,so its gotta be safe for us, as 1 point equals 50 calories....
WW Taco Soup
3 cans fat free chicken broth
1 can pinto beans
1 can black beanas
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can rotel tomatoes with green chilis
1 can hormel turkey chili w no beans
1 cup salsa
1 T taco seasoning
1 tsp cumin
1 cup carrots
mix all together in crock pot or pan and cook for at least 2 hours, enjoy!

Happy Dance Happy Dance. We Made It !!! This is the first time I too have completed this. The accountability and support sure did help. Not even one slip !! My goal is to be back in my size 12s by summer. I plan on keeping up my food reports every day on Linda's thread. Thanks Judy for starting this and keeping us motivated!! I am drinking a Slim Fast, Crab and a HB egg for lunch and a hamburger for dinner..pudding for a snack. Last night was hard ,I was surprised that I really wanted to eat, only had in about 800 calories so had a cup of sf pudding.. I never ate sf pudding always thought it was too many calories. What was I thinking??? But a grilled cheese or Fritos or Christmas cookies or 15 Triskits wasn't????? Looking forward to a salad tomorrow and some black beans. Now THATS the kind of cravings I want to stick with. Blessings and continued success
