Only up 3 pounds ...

Well, I do believe I have been constipated  versus retaining fluid.  I am on these iron pills (RX Repliva) and constipation is a side effect even though I felt things were coming out ok (so to speak).  
I guess 2 days of little or no movement was enough to cause the difference? 

I am still on the stric****er intake regimen but will really monitor my food intake also.

          I'M AT GOAL!

S.H.  You'll lose those 3 pounds real soon....just wait.  I'm sure it really bothers you but sometimes meds like iron pills get us all "bound" up and believe me, I know what you're speaking of.

Hope you get all "pooped" out and get things moving again.....

Hope you begin to feel better soon!  Iron always has constipated me when i have had to take it.

That's one problem I seldom have, even with the iron supplement.  When I do get sluggish, and it's rare, I take a dose or two of Benefibre.  Works like a charm.

WHEN I GET THAT WAY.I GO TO THE HERB SHOP.AND GET THE THINGS THAT WITH THAT.I DO THE BOWEL DETOX. WHICH IS HERBS AND WORKS.WITH OUT THE CHEMICAL YOU GET IN STOOL SOFTER. FROM OVER THE COUNTER DRUGS.WHICH IS NOT TO GOOD FOR STOMACH.OR CALL YOUR DR.HE CAN GIVE YOU SOMETHING SAFE TO TAKE.

Thank you all so much.    I am only up 1 pound now (yikes ... I couldn't resist that darn scale).   I feel much better too.  YAY!  I better keep stocked up with benefiber since I am on this Repliva.  Someone also told me calcium can cause constipation?

I am sticking with the water intake regimen!  YAY!  Hopefully I can do better at resisting that scale   and also work on not being obsessed with losing lhese last 8 pounds!!!
