Oh dear, when I got on the board just a few minutes ago I thought that something terrible had happened. I am so relieved that it is just what it is.
I would listen to your doctor, after all they are the experts and why bother to pay them if you are not going to listen to them? You are a tall (and to me way tall!) lady which means that you are 1) going to carry your weight better and 2) are going to have a goal weight higher than someone shorter (like some of us who are close to midgets!). Just trust in your doctor, after all you trust them for your health why not your weight?
