Please help me....please.

I went to my doctors today,and she informed me I have reached goal weight,and should not try to lose more. The last pic I have is when Jan S and I got together at Starbucks about 6 weeks-2 months ago.
I do not know how to make an avatar,which is why my pic hasn't changed since last year.
I would like for you guys to see me,and also know I have not been spouting BS in our thread for the last year. My daughter emailed the pics to me,but I know nothing,can anyone help?
I do not think I have reached goal,and my surgeon never gave me one.
If anyone can help me, please do so...

I can't really give instructions for making an avatar because there are so many different photo programs out there... I know how to use the one I have.

I have NO NUDE photos (and if I did, believe me you would NOT want to see them!)  I also don't know how to do the avatar.  Could you help me turn from a grey lady into my before surgery photo????

I'll be watching your post.... I don't know how to make an avatar either.  I just have that Grey silhouette looking person.  That is NOT the real me.

Goal is only a number.  If your Dr says you shouldn't lose more then I would go with her opinion.  She sees a total picture not a scale number.  Maybe you feel a few more pounds would be good but hey, let your body talk to you and listen to the Dr.

Ummm  spouting BS ????  I guess that was before my time.....  what I know now is a wonderful caring person.....  whom we care for very much...
