Hi everyone,
Been along time since I wrote, hope you all had a wonderful holiday. Back in Nov. I got very sick, my kidney's failed, doctors seem to think it was from taking to much advil. I had to put my WLS
on hold and today I went back to my doctors and all is great, levels are up and I'm feeling fine even my blood pressure is normal. They said I could get the surgery, so now I have to contact my doctor and see if he will still do it. I really missed being here and talking with you.

Yikes!   What an ordeal you've had!   I hope that you continue to heal and that your WLS happens soon!

Glad they got you fixed.  My friend went into liver failure after taking too many tylenol.  She didn't do it on purpose.  She thought it was the better pain reliever than taking a narcotic.

 Floyd,

Have not heard how Brenda is doing...  How are you doing too?   Is your wife still in the hospital?  So what is going on ?????

Hi Gail and Welcome back.  Wow, my Dr. had warned me against too many Pain medications like Advil and even Tylenol and now I hear about someone that it really did damage to.  I'm sorry for your ordeal but glad to know you are on the upswing and are back on track for your WLS.  That is great news and hope it won't be too long for you to wait.
Hugs Back,
Sandy

Gail, I am so glad to see that you are back home with us. I am so sorry for the ordeal that you went through. But on the good side of the coin is the fact that your doing so much better and wls isn't going to be to far away for you. Please keep us posted on what the doctor says about the surgery, and again, welcome back!
