I'm all of a sudden having problems

Debbie,

I have a couple of suggestion.

* Always measure your food instead of eyeballing the portions.

* Since you are still rather new, you won't hold much at a time and may need to eat smaller amounts, more frequently.

* Use baby spoons and shrimp ****tail forks. I bought a bunch of them at the dollar store and use them every day.

*** If none of our suggestions help you should contact your surgeon. It is possible that a stricture has developed. Strictures can be corrected easily. ***

Good luck
Annette

I'm feeling much better now.  I do think it's because I ate too much and too fast.  Thanks for all the wonderful advice.  I am going to start measuring EVERYTHING and eating much slower.  I don't want to feel that way again for a long, long time!
