5 DAY POUCH TEST---DAY 4

Made it through yesterday, boiled eggs..tuna salad with cottage cheese..beans with a sprinkle of cheese.. and then I am so shocked at this. I bought a can of wild salmon, mixed about 1/3 cup with a tablespoon of lite  mayo and 2 drops of seseme oil. It was incredible!!! I wish I had some now. I am fuming. I decided I would have a slim fast at work this morning I came in and someone had taken it!!! My name was even on it. Interviewed nurses so that kept me busy but with nothing but 20 oz of water I needed food. about 45 minutes ago I found the extra egg I had boiled yesterday in my purse, so I ate that. Now with a cup of coffee and more water I will be able to hang in until I get home. I made 4 -4 oz burgers last night to package up, they looked huge to me. I plan on having some more of that yummy salmon when I get home for lunch and a burger for dinner. I did have to make a package of gravy for the burgers, it is only 20 calories, I know they said dry, but honestly it will come right back up if I don't moisten it some. I have auxilliary tonight and they serve a dinner, usually there are lots of choices but I will take my burger and cottage cheese just in case. So far so good, I think we are doing good at keeping each other on track..Hang in there everyone

hey jean!!! you are doing good trust me!!! just ask yourself this...would you have eaten this burger like you did last week?? probably not!! so see you are doing much better now!!! i do not like salmon of any kind except smoked because to me it tastes like ham sort of...lol

it would meak me fume also if i had something with MY name on it and it was taken by someone!!!! that is just wrong and i hope they replace it for you!!! some nerve!!!

Hey there Judy!!!  I have done well so far.  I had eggs yesterday morning, chicken salad for lunch, pintos and cheese for supper and pudding for a snack.  I drank my water.  Today I have had two boiled eggs and about 1/2 cup of hamburger (lean) meat.  I plan to have scrambled meat for supper also.  I did eat mustard on my meat.  I weighed again this morning and I have lost almost 5 pounds.  YIPEEEEE!!  I needed this so badly.  I am not craving bad foods right now.  I am doing good.  The only thing I would like is a big old salad.

hi carmen!!! oh yeah you are doing great!!!5 pounds?? WOOHOOOOO!!!!!!!! i hope i see a loss on saturday morning!!! i changed my mind of weighing on saturday instead of monday...LOL i am also not craving any foods at all right now....and when i eat its very little but i go back in a couple hours to eat more. have to finish the serving don't i? and mustard is a good choice to have...i don't see anything wrong with it.

i bought salad fixings for my lunch saturday while i am at work. i can't wait to eat it...me a salad...lol i haven't had a salad in weeks!!!

keep up the good work and i will see you here late tomorrow night. hopefully someone will post day 5 for me because like i said i have to work early morning.
