In a way its good that this was one of your worst episodes. The next time you are tempted to binge think back to how you felt after this episode. Whenvever you want to do the binge-ing again remember of how good the yogurt and blueberries tasted and how you didn't feel yucky afterward

Learn from your mistakes and remember that you won't always have these reactions to these very unhealthy foods Take advantage and don't give your body the opportunity to get used to those unhealthy snacks. Next time, try sugar free yogurt or an apple wedge with peanut butter. My favorite snack has always been instant cream of wheat. I put splenda in it and a bit of dried berries and it is the best thing in the world.
