Good morning Judy!!!  Doing good here.  Scrambled two eggs this morning and could only eat 1/2.  Isn't that GREAT!!!!  It does work.  I am not hungry.  I plan to have chicken salad for lunch and pintos and cheese or tuna for supper.  I have already lost a few pounds and want to keep them off.  I had begun snacking too much and this has cut that off completely.  Thank you so much for doing this!!

WOW!!!! you are doing fantastic also!!! i just hope my scale shows a loss come monday morning!!! (but with the stress here if you know what i mean, just might block my loss right now...sighs) wish i could eat scrambled eggs...they make me feel sick so i don't eat them anymore. i am drinking another protein shake right now just to get some added protein in. this one is the frosty chocolate...not sure i like this one either...has a after taste to me. keep doing what you are doing and remember to drink the water....see you tomorrow!!

Good morning, I stayed up too late trying to get to my E-mail.. never could get it to open grrrrr so was very hungry so had to have a cup of SF pudding. Followed the program to the T yesterday. I have no cravings for sugar or carbs yippee. I mixed a pounch of tuna with a Tbsp of lite mayo and a tsp of capers, oh wow the capers add such a good kick, at the last minute I added a half cup of cottage cheese to it. I will have some of that for lunch. Right now I have 3 eggs boiling, I will chop up 2 with some Pace Picante for my breakfast.  Save the third for dinner with some lemon pepper fish. I really really don't like fish, and it doesn't stick, I feel like I have eaten air so we will see how this works.I know I could have had canned chicken but didn't have any on hand. I am craving a big spring salad with some black beans in it. That is the first thing on my list to have after this, isn't that great!! Instead of craving a muffin or grilled cheese sandwich.. yahoo. Sipping away on a big glass of H2o.

oh jean i am so happy for you!!!! to crave a salad instead is great!!! i know what you mean in wanting it now...looked at the salad fixings at the store yesterday and actually drooled for a salad!!!! can you believe that?? LOL keep doing what you are doing and you will succeed!!! wooohoooo!!!!!! see you here tomorrow!!
