Why thank you.  It's the first time i've ever been called psychotic.  I am not pulling your chain.  I am sabotoging myself and need help figuring out why I do it.  Maybe I need a more professional opinion.  But thanks anyway.

Psychotic literally means abnormal condition of the mind, and is a generic psychiatric term for a mental state which is often described as involving a "loss of contact with reality".

I'd say that your behavior qualifies in a general sense, and yes, you should get a more professional opinon.

Behavior like yours grieves those who are struggling for approval just as child abuse grieves those who can't have children.

RUN, don't walk, to a therapist.

Barbara, Call Dr. Thomas Whites office and ask them who is the female therapist they use. I have heard this gal a number of times at support group and she is AWESOME and specializes in eatting disorders. I am sorry but for the life of me I can't remember her name but I promise she can be trusted. Thank-you for being honest.

I hope you can get some professional help. There is a reason why this keeps happening.
