I'm doing a different kind of pouch test.  I just ate a pint of ice cream, now I see how long it takes for me to thow it up.  Can anyone tell me why I do these things knowing what the outcome will be?

Now that's a new one.  Why would you eat something you are going to throw up and what happens when you stop throwing it up and get where you can keep a pint of ice cream down?  Stop it before you undo what has been done.

Well, it took about 10 minutes.  Good advice from both of you.  I wish I better understood the psychology of my behavior, but I don't.  I felt much better after eating my cottage cheese and blueberries at breakfast this morning. I must try to remember how I feel right now the next time I want to eat something like that.  Ick Ick Ick.

Maybe you should see a therapist to help you understand why you do what you do.  It's a big help!

Seriously, what were you thinking? Have you done things like this before? From what you posted:Can anyone tell me why I do these things knowing what the outcome will be? It sound like you have done something like this before.
If you have done it before and continue to do it you may have developed an eating disorder. I think you need to speak to a professional to get to the root of the problem.

Oh, I do it all the time. Usually not quite this bad but close. It's always done on impulse and then I immediately regret it. And I almost always get sick.  And no, it was not butter pecan this time.  Good one though. Made me laugh. I definitely have something going on in my head that I don't understand. Counselling would probably help if I could find someone competent.  So many of them seem to be quacks.

You're doing this because you have a mental illness, an eating disorder, or you're jerking our chain.

You have a gift of a tool to help you lose weight. Pull your head out of your bottom and quit sabotaging yourself and insulting those who have to fight to get this tool with your psychotic foolishness.
