I am also sorry for the death of your family.
I did well with food yesterday until last evening when I ate a couple things I shouldn't. I had intended to do 30 more minutes on the treadmill and should have done it.
B. scrambled eggs and cantalope
S protein drink
L leftover fish and cottage chees
S protein drink
D baked chicken and green beans
S protein drink

Hiya Jeane,I am always happy that with my WLS,I make choices everyday. I do not feel "driven,out of control".
If you know you may eat other things,maybe you should put them on your menu?
I find putting them there takes away the power food can have on me.So if I get to them,it was it was "planned",it works for me,let me know if it works for you!

My lunch didn't go down well, they call it "productive burping" Anyway, didn't really get the cottage cheese down.
Just got to keep trying. I am really thankful that I have had weight loss surgery also. Just still getting used to my band, especially now that I actually have restriction!

When his doctor told him to follow my example for eating to lose weight, Tom told the doctor that I STARVE myself. Grrr, hiss and want to slap him in the head. The doctor didn't buy into his malarkey. This is going to be very difficult for Tom (and me too). He has never had a weight problem but now his BP is to the moon. Dangerously high.
I have to chant "be nice, be supportive, be understanding". Hard to do when I am frightened out of my mind for him.

I bought one of the different Kashi's, can't remember which one. It is too sweet. Back to KASHI GO LEAN

I know you love him, and like so many un-fat people it is hard for him to accept he is in a unhealthy,silent killer,disease.
You will pull him through,the diabetic diet works great for high blood pressure folk.

i had oatmeal and 1/2 nana for breakfast
l- 1 slice each turkey and ham and mini bonbel cheese, small pickle
s- protein drink
d- chili w beans and 1/4 greek yogurt
s- protein bar new flavor of pure protein, was much denser than the one i usually like
today i have to visit both doctors, gonna start with my coffee this morning and not sure where i go from there
