Just wanted to say hi

George - the stress test will probably tell the tale.  We have one doctor at the hospital where I work who would call all of this a *tune up*.  He is of African descent and has a very distinct way of talking - I wish you could hear how he says *tune up*....
At any rate, a pace maker will have you feeling tip top soon.  And I am sure somewhere along the line, the docs are going to say you need to get in more rest.  You have more crazy hours than I did when I worked at the county.   I would go from my 24 hour job to work at the hospital for 12 hours.  And sometimes not much rest on those 24 hour shifts.  I would never know with my paramedic job if it would be a bad shift - meaning lots of calls - or a good shift - laying around the base, reading, watching tv.  But I did it because I had to.

Take care of yourself.  I miss your posts.  Sending good thoughts to the Lord above for you and wisdom for the docs !

chuckling....... you are too funny....  you said:

My white blood count, red blood count and platelets are all down.  They just gave me a steroid test for that.

Otherwise, I guess I am doing fine.

Otherwise ???  isn't that enough not to be fine?

Take care of yourself... you are in my thoughts and prayers

George,

You must feel very weak. It sounds like your body is running on empty. I'm not a medical person, so that is just my own observation. I am thinking about you and sending prayers.

A big hug for you

Thank you so much.  Right now I am more concerned about what is going on than about anything else I have gone through in my life.  This heart rate is really on my mind.  A few hours until my stress test.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!

George,
Since surgery , my heart rate is low as well.   I exercise everyday though and was told that I am fine but that since surgery and all the exercise my heart is just not having to pump like it did before ,,,
Not sure that is true but have had many tests and the one blood one that shows potental problems says that my chances of heart disease or problems is about 1 %..
How accurate is that ??  I dont know but it worries me too ...PLease post your findings and praying for a good report for you
