I am sorry to hear you won't be able to come, perhaps there will be one closer to home sometime soon that you can get to, they are a nice time, but either way, you have the support of all of us right here! And hey, maybe by some miracle you will find a way to do it. . .

The place I made a connection at is on 9th Avenue in Manhattan, near 33rd or 32nd Street, which is central Manhattan, but it will be less expensive, just as easy to navigate the city and renovated by Summer, we will be blocks from Empire State building, Penn Station, 42nd Street, subways and we will definitely have a great time! I know Lora will be coming, showing off her new wonderful self!

P.S. Put your thinking cap on and chime in on what you might like to do in the Big Apple, I need ideas from everyone and then we can narrow it down to doable for all, though, of course, people can pair up and do things on their own. . .

Please think of anything else you might want to see or do, as I am compiling a list, which will be narrowed, based on popular demand and will try to create a loose itinerary as the time gets closer.

Agreed on the Play, not a doable thing for everyone anyway. . . but put on your thinking cap as to anything you might want to do while in the Big Apple, it will give me ideas of what to plan. . .

Hey Laureen,
I sent Margo a message. I have driven that trip alot but never into the city just around to get to CT. If we would drive what about parking and I would be worried about getting around in the city? My ex sister inlaw and I would take a trip down but usually like at 10 at night and she would give me the grand tour but she knows all the back ways around.
We all know I'm not the bravest person about getting around in strange places. I much farther out from surgery than I was in the burgh! I was afraid to eat then.. haha
I am so excited about seeing everyone again.
