Mopping! Great idea! Burn some calories. I think I will clean and mop also. This place is a bit of a mess. haha

I will put in a load of laundry after my shower and then get to work on the decorations.  There will be lots of bending and stretching so that will help burn some calories also!

Kitchen smells fresh and clean!  I always like the results of cleaning but procrastinate about doing it.

If you want hot stuff to drink heat your water.  I have a friend who nukes her water in a coffee cup adds a little lemon and that is her drink of choice.  Even at restaurants.  She is always cold and wants something hot to drink.  Its pretty good with lime juice too.

Jeane,

In the beginning I filled a container with the required amounts and left it in the fridge to stay cold. My goal was to drink at least 1/2 of it by noon or 1:00 PM. Late night drinking meant so many potty trips during the night.

Most days I am pretty good. If my liquids are low, my lips start to feel all dry and chapped. I carry an insulated mug of water or Crystal Light at all times.

I'm finishing this 2nd glass before I eat lunch.  Hopefully I will continue to get in at least 6 glasses today, which is more than I have been doing
