RECOMMITTING TO WATER
Jeane, I know what you mean about getting the water in. I don't like water either but I usually only drink it and nothing else. Lately, though, I have been drinking an awful lot of coffee and I probably should cut it out. A couple of times I have awoke from a sound sleep with leg cramps so bad that I cry out and I get right up and guzzle the water. So, I've made a rule, coffeee until ten and after that it is all about the water. I even set out the bottles that I must drink. It is a task that we must finish. Good luck with the water consumption.

Oh, I've been doing the same thing. I woke up one night with a cramp way up in my THIGH and it went all the way down my leg and lasted about 10 minutes. I keep an insulated cup of ice water next to my bed with a lid and straw (after drenching myself and the bed one night). However, I know I need to drink more in the day. I've switched to decaf; I THINK it's not supposed to be dehydrating?? My mom used to fill a pitcher with her "days" water and put it in the fridge. She couldn't go to bed til she finished it.

Hi Jeane this is Juanita ,if you will drink water from a bottle
{I buy Aquafina 16 oz } put a few bottles in the freeze and let them get icey and if you like put some lemon juice in it .
Keep a bottle at your computer or if at work your desk, and when the bottle is empty then refill it put in back in the freeze and get another one . Always keep water with you. I drink 4-5 16 oz bottles a day. you need at least 64 oz a day
You don't just have to use lemon, you can put Crystal Lie in the water.they have lots of diffent kinds
