D-salmon and brocolli w/cheese
S-SF pudding

i didnt get the check book straight off to the bank.

dinner---------baby spinach salad with the rest of grill chicken
                     fat free dressing

Hi everyone,

I have to brag about doing 30 minutes in two sessions on the elliptical machine at work yesterday.  It's easier while watching Oprah and anyone needing inspiration should check her out this week.  The shows are all about loving yourself enought to live your best life.  Muscles are a little tight today but in a good way.

B coffee/protein wafers
s turkey jerkey
L chili con carne
s tangerine
D pork chop/vegies
s SF pudding
and lots of liquids

Good morning to you, sweetie. I am hoping that your day is going well. I am so sorry about your puter having the flu. It is flu season you know and so when it played with other puter's it must have got the bug.

It is snowing today and so I am wanting to stay home. I am so tired of January already. I don't like this month at all. It always seems so long and it has icky (I do so love that word) weather. It seems to go on forever!

Today I am hungry but just don't know what I want. I don't like days like this either. You just go from one thing to another and look at it and think that isn't what I want either. I am just going to do what I usually do and hope and pray that I do what I am suppose to do.

B: sf oatmeal
S: fruit
L: half a pb&j sandwich
S: yogurt
D: don't know yet on this one but veggies for sure
S:  sf pudding

 Ahhhh, there you are....     "we" don't have time for you to be gone... lol  it upsets our sense of well being when you are not in your usual spot....  

I'm still struggling with my food intake.  I went shopping yesterday... tried to buy good healthy foods for wls  and hopefully I can get a better handle on it.   I keep dropping ...  my blood sugar levels.  My six little meals a day do wonders for me but if I'm out and about it really plays havoc with me.

Dr appt is on the 15th...  hopefully some tests will be run to see where I'm at with my vitamin levels.  

1st B    cottage cheese  1/2 pear
2nd B     missed it
S           pretzels
1st L    lean meat... chicken  Veggies
2nd L   left over from 1st L
S        Starbucks..  coffee
D..    more lean meat w/ veggies
D..    left overs

I seem to need to fix one meal and split it.   Works for me..
